What is LeisureWise?
LeisureWise is an AI-powered recommendation engine that uses member profile data, behaviour, and preferences to deliver real-time personalised recommendations in your member app.
Is this a replacement for our app?
No. It plugs into your existing ecosystem and member app seamlessly. The recommendation engine works hard behind the scenes whilst presenting recommendations that match your member’s tastes.

What does the member actually see?
Smart recommendations for the products and services that you offer.
How does the UI/UX reflect our current app?
The mobile web app can be fully branded. We can also provide a headless solution – meaning, you can design the entire frontend experience.
Is the experience personalised for everyone?
Yes. Every member’s journey is unique.
How fast does it start working?
Immediately, using onboarding data via a questionnaire and then behavioural data moving forward.
Can members still explore manually?
Yes. The recommendation engine guides, it doesn’t restrict.
Data & privacy
What data does it use?
Member profile, usage behaviour, booking history and app interactions.
Do we need to collect new data?
Not necessarily. It works with the data you already have.
Is personal health data required?
Not at this stage. We might add this later but it will always be optional and only used with consent.
Is data shared externally?
No. You as the brand retain data ownership.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes, including consent controls and data deletion.
Integration & technical
How does it integrate?
Through an API connecting to your member management system. The mobile web app does not require integration.
Does it require a specific app vendor?
No. It works with most white-label or custom apps.
Can we control recommendations?
Yes. Brands can set rules and emphasis.
What if we switch app vendors?
The personalisation logic is portable.
Is heavy developer involvement needed?
Typically minimal, we support implementation.

Where is data stored?
Encrypted cloud environments with ISO/SOC compliance.
How are APIs secured?
Authenticated, encrypted, and access-controlled.
How is data deletion handled?
Full GDPR-aligned data deletion workflows are supported.
Implementation & rollout
How is pricing structured?
There’s an initial implementation fee and an ongoing license fee typically based on number of members and monthly active users.
What is the implementation process?
We begin with a product/services discovery exercise to ensure LeisureWise reflects your offering. Then we focus on data integration, branding and setting up your catalogue in LeisureWise.
How long does rollout take?
Typically 4-6 weeks – initially focused on a subset of members before full rollout.
What resources do we need?
A project lead, support from Systems/IT for data integration, and marketing/communications for launch. We’ll help you understand best-practice.
Can we shape brand tone?
Yes. Recommendations will always reflect your brand identity.
Future roadmap
How will the recommendation engine improve over time?
It learns from engagement and evolves continuously. As we add more features, it’ll learn even more about your members and match their tastes.
